About me
before we get into what i do and how you can work with me, i think a bit of lore will help to create an image of why i do what i do.
throughout school i always engaged in various sports and it was a big part of my life. so moving, training and exploring what i was capable off has been with me for as long as i can remember.
part of that joy and childlike curiosity for movement was robbed from me when i was in my final year of school as i developed a concoction of eating disorders.
movement then became a punishment and something i had to endure in order to become smaller and more palatable by society's patriarchal beauty standards.
it was no longer enjoyable and i started to move out of fear, both within my yoga practice and strength training.
I found climbing somewhere amongst the noise, and it showed me how i could just have fun whilst moving my body.
that started to permeate into my yoga practice and strength training, and i slowly started to shift from a negative mindset back into one led by exploration and joy.
this lead me to eventually do my yoga teacher training and kick start my coaching in 2018. since then i've expanded my portfolio for what i coach which you can see here ->
